Specialist Joinery Manufacturers

The name of AA Taylor, Specialist Joinery Manufacturers, has been known in the City of Brighton & Hove and surrounding area for nearly 90 years.

Founded in 1921 by Albert Arthur Taylor, the Company has continued to combine the traditional values of  craftsmanship with new and sophisticated design techniques and machinery.

In order to fulfil demand and house a wider range of machinery, the Company which was originally located in Porthall Road Brighton, moved to Howard Terrace then onto Shaftesbury Place next door to the London Road Railway Station in Brighton from where they now operate.

Continuing the family tradition, the late Denis Taylor expanded the capacity of the Traditional Joinery business  and succeeded now by Andrew Taylor and his wife Sue, the business continues to grow by employing the same values of traditional skills, high performance products, professional advice and quality customer service.

Here at AA Taylor we work in close liaison with a variety of trades and professions – Local Authorities, Builders, Architects, Surveyors, Designers,  and Private Home Owners.  In addition, we employ long serving and experienced craftsmen who provide truly skilled workmanship in addition to keeping up to date with new developments and training.

In 1997, in order to extend and compliment the Product range, we introduced the Mitre Master Range of products which now enables us to offer customers quality high performance fully finished double glazed windows, doors and conservatories at competitive prices which has been a very successful addition.
